WTD 2009: Tourism - Celebrating Diversity, Ghana

World Tourism Day is celebrated every year on 27 September. Its purpose is to foster awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value. The event seeks to address global challenges outlined in the UN Millennium Development Goals and to highlight the contributions the tourism sector can make in reaching these goals.
World Tourism Day will commemorate this year its 30th anniversary in the vibrant country of Ghana under the theme 'Tourism - Celebrating Diversity'.This year’s theme focuses on the world’s cultural wealth and the important role sustainable tourism plays in revitalizing local traditions and making them flourish as they cross other cultures.

Diversity has indeed been the motor behind travel and tourism for centuries. It is our responsibility to promote the sustainable development of the industry whilst conserving the unique facets present on the globe

Here comes to another end

Well, nearly 2 weeks of Raya holiday have come to an end… Gosh, I haven’t even start my things, assignments, assignments and another small exam…
What I’ve done???
Haiz… well maybe the laziness will continue until the very last second of the date line of my assignments.
Anyway, I enjoy this holiday as any other I had before.
I had steamboat with my Jelutong buddies, thanks to Chern!
I’d made some Jelly for my LWEH friends.
Amazing thing is I didn’t go for any movie this time, wow!!!
Going back to forest on tomorrow night or Sunday morning, feel sad and nervous. Standby for the final battle again in Oct!
I’ll miss Penang once again.

Activities Started

17 Sep was a wild day for us, my friends and I was wondering around the Island for a day till this morning 2am. Although got take half time twice but it still feels like so great and unbelievable for us to wonder around the Prince for so long.
Wow, amazing man! We met new friend from Korea and it was so fun taking with her!
We were able to get back to MBS for Q and A with teachers and updating some of the latest news!
It was a rainy day but that do not stop us for going out to have fun!
Finally dinner was served in Bayan Baru Market, OMG! Gosh!
Then supper was taken place in 'Green house', wow!
Here we would like to thank Hee for the 'kor teh' and driving us around.
Thanks to KY for leting us meet up with that cute Koreaian girl.
Oh ya, the movie Gamer was a great movie that makes Hee and Nicole fall asleep, wow!
This is just the start of the whole Raya holiday activities, I believe there will be a lot more to come soon.

Which way should be the right path?

Well life is a very mysterious thing that we do not really can understand. People always say that live life to the fullest, life is about enjoying and so on… bla, bla, bla…

As for Tyler, life is just a path that we all have to go through no matter we like it or not. Every living thing in this planet that we call Earth has a purpose and every one of them have different mission to live for.

Today’s question, what’s your purpose of living in this planet???

Is it, love? Friendship? Family? Glory? Peace? Or Nothing?

Me still remember when I was a child I use to imagine myself being this and that, I wish I can be at where and be who I want to be. Those days were so peaceful and fun with my own imagination. When times go by and I learn a lot and experienced many different things in life, I know that the reality is cruel all the time no matter what. Sweet dreams can sometimes damage by the cruel reality toughs. One thing I that I live my life for will be my memories. Sweet, sour, bitter, salty and spicy hot all will be very precious memories for me to live for and every night I will recall back those memories.

Tyler believes that there will be one thing we can take away with us when we enter the world of after life, there will be our memories. So I will try my best to see, experience, taste, listen, smell and feel as many things as I can in my life here on this planet that full with wonderful things. Well, be sure to think of what you live for in this life and the right path to walk on. Remember not to waste it for those things that are not important or not worth it. This is Tyler signing out.

One Love

Lately I have been surfing on blogspot all the time for updating and leaving comments for my fellowship.
One love is something that suddenly pop out my mind when I saw Bryant's latest blog which was also about love.
In this split second I remember a person who talks about one love before and I have a great impression on her, she was one of the Victoria’s Secret Super Model, Gisele Bundchen. That year was the 2006 show when all the models were ask about the love life. She said many people told her that you are very lucky when you love more than one. As for her, she said she have one love ‘cos many people don’t even have the chance to love, so she have one love. That was a great thing that comes across my mind.
I also believe in One Love. Now day people don’t really take love relationship so serious as for many factors has come into the modern life. As for me, I do agree with Gisele that me to have one love, it was intense and sweet. Ya, I really believe I had one love but now it was just a memory to me as the one love is deep in my heart since the day you say goodbye.
The question is, do you really think that you are lucky to have been in love for more than once or do you think having one love is greater??

Finish Exam continues Assignments

Today is the day I finish my very last paper for my mid-term exam, gosh!

It was damn hard man, I nearly come to tear when all of a sudden for what I have studied been vanish in my own mind… Can anyone help me??? NO! This is Tyler own responsible to bear and my burden to take…

I have no faith on this time exam, it seems so hard and I have been drag down by some kind of darkness..

My angel, where are you??? Listen to my heart, can you hear it sing??? Come back to me and lighten Tyler’s World again…

Well, this coming Monday is another date line for one of my assignment. My God bless me in all ways.
